Zemdri Injection is an advanced aminoglycoside antibiotic used for treating serious bacterial infections. It contains the active molecule Plazomicin, which is primarily indicated for the treatment of complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs), including pyelonephritis, caused by certain multidrug-resistant (MDR) gram-negative bacteria. It may also be used in other off-label resistant infections under expert medical supervision.

Inform your physician if you have a history of kidney problems, hearing loss, or neurological disorders. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Plazomicin or other aminoglycosides. Your doctor will monitor kidney function and drug levels during treatment.
